The words "You" and/or "Customer" shall have the same meaning in the policy mentioned hereunder.
1. Recharge done to incorrect number, No refund.
2. Bills Payment done to wrong account numbers, No Refund.
3. In case of Bus tickets booked from tmw.
4. In case of Return of Goods to the Merchant.
If a customer buys goods from a merchant through tmw and the tmw successfully makes the payment the transaction shall be deemed complete, if the Customer after that due to any reason whatsoever returns the Goods back to the merchant then the Amount shall be refunded within 48 working hours from the time of refund of such amount by the Merchant in the tmw or RBL account.
tmw shall not be liable to refund the transaction/service charges if any already levied by tmw on the sale/purchase of such goods.
Any amount which has been transferred erroneously by the Customer to any Merchant Establishment, tmw shall not be held responsible by the Customer for the refund of concerned amount in any circumstances.
